the company philosophy
The basic philosophy, setting an axis of all projects, is the individual and me satisfaction of modem living needs. This man - centered approach is always combined with the respect towards the natural landscape, as well as the cultural and architectural traditional characteristics of every area, thus creating projects that smoothly harmonize with the surrounding environment and fully meet everyday human needs.
In parallel, innovative design and use of modem techniques and avant-garde materials in combination with scheduled management enable the creation of unique projects characterized by special aesthetics, sound construction and resilience against time.
the company history
In 1969 a group of young architects and engineers started cooperating and created the technical company "Ch. Kouloukouris — D. Mertzios — G. Papathanasiou — TETRAKTYS G.P.". Over the following years the company gained recognition by carrying out important projects and various designs, standing out for their aesthetics and architectural character.
Constant development and specialization of the company in the sector of designs led to the separation of the particular qualifications. Within this new framework of specialization, the sector of architectural designs evolved into a new dynamic team under the name "Kouloukouns & Associates". In 2003 architect Alexandros Kouloukouris joined the team, adding a fresh perspective, especially to the sector of construction.
